Retail Manager

Location: Lancaster.

Full time position- 40 Hours per week, Includes weekend working.

Starting salary circa £35,000 + quarterly and annual bonus schemes in place

Private medical and dental cover 33 days annual leave

Experience level: Optics experience not required however previous management experience within a busy retail environment is required to deliver first class service and business performance.

As a Retail Manager at Specsavers, you'll bring the energy to motivate and encourage the wider team, ensuring our high standards are always maintained.

Leadership skills are crucial. This means leading by example and inspiring others to strive for excellence, providing the best possible customer care.

While optical experience is not essential you will need a track record of leading and supporting a large team of people (20 plus) in your current/previous role.

With a solid knowledge of what an excellent store looks like - you'll manage day-to-day operations, ensure financial & performance goals are met, develop commercial opportunities and support with the recruitment & induction of new staff members.
