We're looking for a Client Manager to work on two of our accounts; Morson Coors and Kellenova in a 50/50 split.
Purpose of the Role
Molson Coors are a global beverage company who produce the likes of Carling, Madri, Coors, Cobra, Staropramen, Pravha, Aspall and Rekorderlig. We work with them in the UK and Ireland markets to deliver exciting and innovation marketing campaigns to help them drive stand out and growth in a very cluttered alcohol market. We work closely with the other Molson Coors partner agencies, Ogilvy for creative and Mars for Customer Activation, to create and interrogated inter-agency planning recommendation. We encourage face to face time, and in person meetings with the both the clients and wider agency group to build relationships and grow the teams understanding and expertise of the alcohol sector.
Pringles is a global icon and the largest brand in the Kellanova (formerly Kellogg's) brand portfolio. This Pringles role sits within the Kellanova European planning team which includes brands such as Kellogg's, Special K, Crunchy Nut, Pop Tarts, Rice Krispie Squares and Cheez Its. Agencies are all London based, with clients in Dublin (travel is limited but will happen occasionally). This role is a European planning role, with Pringles live in up to 28 markets annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with central activation teams and market planning to make sure strategies and audience plans are delivered across all markets; data and measurement teams to deliver best in class targeting, optimisation and evaluation; as well as having planning responsibility for smaller and UK based campaigns.
- Be the lead day to day client contact, supported by the Client Account Director. This includes building audiences, analysing competitors and working to develop bespoke strategy and partnerships to deliver cut through in a cluttered market.
- Work closely with the strategy teams to support annual planning and foster strong relationships with the media teams and media owners to deliver best in class campaigns.
- Support the Client Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs, working collaboratively across Dentsu and across the network as needed using good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and Dentsu.
- Project manage clients' communications plans including timelines and budget, reviewing plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better and different ways of working.
- Provide accurate plan details and timely updates to clients, being proactive in finding solutions to unexpected requests
Qualifications + Skills
- Good all round media knowledge across a variety of channels, with experience of dealing directly with clients
- Experience in media planning and using insight tools
- Excellent communicator: verbal, written, presentation, listening skills with internal and external stakeholders both senior and junior
- High level of attention to detail with all output
- Proactive problem solver able to work in a fast paced environment

This is a permanent role. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Wednesday and Thursday.
