We're hiring for a Client Manager to join our team in a client-facing role working across our Vodafone and Mastercard UK accounts.

Purpose of the Role

As Client Manager you'll support the team in building strong meaningful client relationships and showcase exceptional client servicing, delivering exceptional client servicing, project and account management; whilst simultaneously further building and refining your planning, presentation and mentoring/coaching skills surrounded by a supportive and experienced team. Working alongside both our agency and client in-house specialist teams as well as our clients themselves to plan and execute innovative, creative, and exceptionally effective campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative and creative solutions to client briefs, applying problem-solving and project management skills which meet and exceed client objectives.
  • Provide accurate plan details, updating clients and creative agencies to ensure smooth delivery of plans through activation.
  • Support our clients needs in media by keeping abreast of current and future industry and competitive trends, and our clients business dynamics.
  • Work collaboratively with specialists (both in-agency and in-house), creative agency partners and our clients.
  • Work in partnership with the Carat planning and strategy partners to create responses to live briefs.
  • Wrap up the process with a keen analytical eye developing PCA's with actionable insight for future projects.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Experience in media planning; able to demonstrate a deep understanding of media landscapes, consumer behaviour, and market trends.
  • Ability to analyse data and insights to enable development of effective media strategies that align with client objectives and drive successful campaigns.
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder; able to build and maintain strong, positive connections with clients, fostering trust, and becoming their go-to point of contact. Able to collaborate seamlessly with other agencies, ensuring integrated and cohesive campaign executions.
  • Team player; effectively liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless project coordination and timely delivery.
  • Highly organised; effortlessly managing multiple projects, deadlines, and client requirements. Responsiveness will be a key asset in promptly addressing client inquiries and providing regular updates to maintain a strong client-agency relationship.
  • A proactive thinker; consistently identify innovative solutions to enhance campaign performance and exceed client expectations. A creative mindset will enable you to conceptualise unique and impactful media strategies that resonate with target audiences, ensuring our campaigns stand out in the crowded media landscape

What we offer

This is a permanent role. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are on site in the office every Wednesday and Thursday.
