Our UK teams work across multiple global markets servicing the Microsoft line of business as an EMEA hub, covering the most exciting brands within Gaming & the biggest developments across consumer technology.

We're hiring for a Client Account Manager as part of our team in London.

Purpose of the Role

As Client Account Manager you'll work very closely with the Client Account Director to service our local clients, oversee day-to-day account deliverables, & plan / launch / report on strategic media campaigns. Regular budget management & account oversight is a part of this role, requiring excellent organisation skills to manage comms & tasks across multiple markets. This role will focus primarily on supporting Microsoft's push for innovation in the consumer tech space across large multi-channel, digital first activations. The UK is the second largest market to the US & the UK is looked to for leadership, excellence, & learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Client Account Director with the delivery of multiple workstreams simultaneously to meet client expectations, building a direct relationship with clients through running of day-to-day status & client requests.
  • Coordinate the team's projects, ensuring all work is provided to our local & global teams in an accurate & timely manner, building and maintaining collaborative working relationships with all specialist teams (e.g. AV, Digital, Search, Social, OOH).
  • Work with Account Executive, finance teams & key contacts to ensure regular financial reports are accurate, match PO budgets & with all invoicing reconciled in a timely manner.
  • Work with Account Executive & Analytics Team to collate biweekly performance reports, insights, & optimization recommendations and lead in the development, review and presentation of regular campaign performance reports.
  • Create & review target audience insights based on audience definition provided in Microsoft campaign briefs, providing actionable insights from media tools.
  • Support Client Account Director in translating audience media consumption insights into holistic media mix. recommendations that deliver on Microsoft's business objectives & reflect a local UK nuance and work with specialist teams in building out detailed, tactical plan recommendations and executing plans once approved.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Strong planning experience within media, managing the planning process.
  • Understanding of multiple media channels, with solid experience in digital media, including brand & performance.
  • Experience of working with & managing multiple client stakeholders.
  • Experience managing client finances & billing tools.
  • Able to influence immediate & extended team to deliver media & planning responses.
  • Confident when handling multiple workstreams simultaneously.

This is a permanent role. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Wednesday and Thursday, with flexibility needed around client visits and meetings.
