Client Liaison Manager

Job Description

You will be primarily responsible for ensuring effective communication and engagement between Farrans and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Ensuring co-ordination of work phases, management of temporary works to allow work phases to commence and deliverables achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Client stakeholder engagement plan development
  • Management of subcontractor trades within out-of-scope areas consisting of mainly MEP works within live Airport environment
  • To complete regular communication with both Client stakeholders and site teams/management
  • Conduct regular client stakeholder meetings
  • Reporting on project progress
  • Collating client feedback and addressing any concerns
  • Liaison in connection with community outreach and engagement
  • Ensure compliance with airside regulations
  • Conflict resolution between all stakeholders
  • Final client stakeholder review and approval
