Job Description

We're recruiting for a Client Implementation Manager for our award winning DC pension business line. You will be responsible for supporting the growth and retention of LGIM's Corporate business by providing a comprehensive service to the Corporate Implementation Team, Client Relationship Teams and agreed clients using effective project management methodology, organisation and communication approaches

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the process for transfer business providing support for clients to be able to move assets into LGIM, this includes all DC workplace products and IOP activity as required
  • Supporting the production of appropriate documentation demonstrating how projects are being managed, and leading on this for agreed clients. Supporting the relevant teams by arranging project meetings, preparing agendas, facilitating and documenting actions and lead on this for agreed clients.
  • Working closely in support of other DC Pensions Distribution team colleagues where required to assist in maximising new business opportunities at tender, beauty parade and site visit stages with the production of opportunity specific project documentation and supporting beauty parades and site visits as agreed.
  • Liaising with DC Workplace Operations, Communication, and Change colleagues, supporting and overseeing as required all aspects of the project process, supporting and leading on work streams where required.
  • Supporting effective communication with all parties involved with the implementation - both external and those internal to LGIM and ensuring roles and accountabilities are understood - This may necessitate the supporting and maintenance of both internal and external facing project plans.
  • Reviewing the project plans, transition process maps and other relevant project management templates so that they are developed and maintained, improving quality and efficiency. Keeping divisional MI relating to agreed projects up to date in real time via Salesforce.
  • Holding post implementation reviews with agreed clients, ensuring feedback is collated and shared appropriately for use on improving the approach and relevant testimonial use. Facilitating lessons learnt sessions with all parties involved as required.
  • Ensuring customers receive appropriate information about all relevant products that are discussed, including those outside of the advisers remit, with detailed explanations being given of all documents provided that relate to products / propositions recommended. Implementing the distribution strategy aligned to the target market and monitor sales to ensure they are being made to the identified target market. Identify and escalate sales made outside the target market, as appropriate.

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

  • Experience and knowledge of workplace pension product solutions and marketplace.
  • Professional qualifications or working towards them in relation to the role are desirable - Prince2 Practitioner.
  • Demonstrable communication skills, the ability to articulate and convey information in a clear and compelling manner in writing and in person.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Confident, willing to take initiative and a team player.
  • Ability to build good working relationships with professionals across the business, internally and externally.
  • Highly organised. Able to deal with multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Excellent attention to detail and focusses on improving business performance through exceptional content.
