Mission
Drive growth for Samy by managing and expanding existing client accounts while bringing in new business. Act as a strategic bridge between clients and Samy's services, including social (organic, paid, influencer) and digital solutions such as Sprinklr, ensuring maximum value and commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and deliver strategies to expand client relationships.
- Actively contribute to new business initiatives, from prospecting to onboarding new clients.
- Serve as a bridge between clients and Samy's services, ensuring smooth delivery and maximized value.
- Apply a strategic mindset to understand client needs and translate them into actionable solutions using social, paid, influencer, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across campaigns, insights, and service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with senior client stakeholders to build trust, credibility, and long-term partnerships.
- Use data, insights, and experimentation to inform recommendations and drive growth.
Skills & Experience
- Agency experience, ideally in social, creative, or digital agencies.
- Account management, client strategy, or growth marketing experience.
- Expertise in social media, paid media, and influencer marketing.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Ability to connect multiple services to deliver measurable business impact.
- Confident communicator with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
- Experience with Sprinklr or other social/SaaS platforms.
- Previous exposure to new business or business development roles.
