What are we looking for?

The primary purpose of the role is to win profitable new business in the Private Sector, working within the New Business Team.

What will you be doing?

Meeting Financial Targets & Forecasting Accuracy

  • Establish, develop and maintain multi-level operational relationships within key prospects to generate a robust and sustainable pipeline.
  • Be accountable for agreed budgets and targets within key sectors.
  • Maximise sales and profit margins within key sectors, and aligned to the business objectives.
  • Achieve successful completion of any agreed key task / project assignments being an ambassador of Adare SEC and the Adare Spirit.
  • Responsible for accurate sales forecasting within sectors and prospects.

Onboarding & New Business Delivery

  • Ensure the business is cognisant of pipeline opportunities through the approved process.
  • Brief in new wins, with accuracy and align with the briefing documentation supporting the delivery and onboarding.
  • Be aligned to the project plan and the New Business responsibilities within.
  • Support Product Development and Technology functions with market and sector insight to aid the go-to-market strategy and product development.

Who do we need?

  • A proven and demonstrable track records in new business in the private sector
  • Degree level qualification (or equivalent) and/or appropriate professional qualification desirable
