We are currently looking for a Client Group Supplier Relationship Support Manager to join the Royal London Client Group. This role is permanent and will be based in London on a hybrid working basis.
The Client Group Supplier Relationship Support Manager will support relationship owners to build and manage relationships with suppliers, playing a vital role in realising the benefits from suppliers used within the client group.
You will support relationship managers to undertake oversight activities such as service and due diligence reviews, as well as onboarding new providers and services. You will also be responsible for budgeting and invoice payment of client group supplier services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with supplier management experience to join the RLAM Client Group and support to nurture both existing and new supplier relationships ensuring best in class service delivery.
About the role
- Hold service review meetings, monitor service levels and facilitate due diligence reviews.
- Maintain and track client group budget and process invoices from suppliers working with finance and payment teams.
- Onboard new suppliers and services working with the Business Owner and Procurement team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to the Procurement and Third-Party Management Policy.
- Support the Client Group team with operational tasks and projects, including Change programmes.
- Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills and knowledge in asset management and Client Group Operations.
About you
- Previous experience in managing third parties and/or suppliers including tracking SLAs and KPIs.
- A good understanding of third-party supplier contracts.
- Experience of budgeting and processing invoice payments.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisation and planning skills with attention to detail.
- Confident and effective communicator.
- Effective time management with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
- An understanding of financial services/asset management and the services that would be used is desirable.
