WHAT TO EXPECT

This is an exciting new role within the newly formed Customer Experience team of the UK National Sales Company.

You'll have full ownership and end to end responsibility for both the day to day operation and longer term strategic transformation of the UK's online sales platform.

Initially focused on the online sale of New and Approved Used JLR vehicles, you'll drive the continuous improvement of the platform in terms of customer facing enhancements and features as well as making new products and services available for online purchase.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Build and own the E-Commerce product roadmap for the UK National Sales Company
Lead discovery work around the creation of new Product features and capabilities
Utilise data to analyse product usage and e-commerce conversions to identify gaps & opportunities
Determine the metrics that define success for the E-Commerce platform and implement tracking/reporting for these metrics
Work with the Marketing teams and Sales Operations teams to develop clear specifications and designs, and ensure synchronized data between e-commerce systems and operational sales processes/systems

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

A combination of some if not all automotive or similar manufacturing / customer service / technical background
Experience of E-Commerce operations and Product Management/Ownership
Knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies
Experience in creation and delivery of Product Roadmaps
Previous experience managing a team of direct reports
Experience of data driven design through testing (e.g. A/B Testing)

This role may offer the opportunity for hybrid working where you can split your time between working from home and in the office.
