We're hiring for a Client Executive to join our Comms Planning team in London.
Purpose of the Role
We're looking for a Client Executive to work on 2 of our accounts; Premier Food and Ferrero in a 50/50 split. You'll support the Account Managers in all aspects of planning and account handling for clients and work collaboratively with colleagues across dentsu to service client needs.
Premier Foods have a portfolio of long-established brands that are household staples and which are invariably category leaders with brands including Mr Kipling, Bisto, Ambrosia and Batchelors. Many of the brands were built on TV and this channel remains the cornerstone for their advertising budgets. We work closely with the client procurement and insight teams to explore effectiveness and efficiency in all channels.
Ferrero provides the opportunity to work with some of the world's most beloved and iconic confectionery brands like Ferrero Rocher, Nutella, Tic Tac, Thornton's and more! In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic team crafting innovative media strategies for brands that have a rich heritage and a passionate global fan base.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Account Managers and Associate Client Directors with the delivery of multiple workstreams simultaneously to meet client expectations, coordinating the team's projects, ensuring all work is provided to our local and global teams in an accurate and timely manner.
- Builds and maintains collaborative working relationships with all specialist teams e.g. AV, One Display (press and digital), Posterscope (OOH) and meet with & learn from key local media owners.
- Work with Account Managers to ensure regular financial reports are accurate and match our PO budgets and that invoices are reconciled in a timely manner and work with global Finance teams to ensure UK financial reports match global budget trackers.
- Support Account Managers in the development, review, and presentation of regular campaign performance presentations and contribute to regular and ad-hoc competitive reports and completion of global reporting templates.
- Create and review target audience insights based on audience definition provided in campaign briefs and support Account Managers in translating audience media consumption insights into holistic media mix recommendations that deliver on our clients' business objectives, building out detailed, tactical plan recommendations and executing plans once approved.
Qualifications + Skills
- Familiarity with the UK media landscape with an understanding of different advertising channels.
- Experience building trusting, collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Proactive, enjoys working in a busy, fast paced team environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, driven to produce accurate & high-quality work.
- Able to communicate clearly with your immediate team, external stakeholders and client contacts through both verbal and written communication.
- Passionate about staying up to date with changes in the media landscape.
What we offer
This is a permanent role. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Wednesday and Thursday.
