Area - Midlands - Field Based
Salary - up to £37,500 PA Basic plus up to £10,000 Bonus PA + Company Car/Car Allowance

Your Role:
As a Client Development Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships within the automotive sector by adding significant value, enhancing dealerships' customer experiences and bottom-line results. You will work closely with the broader Client Development team and collaborate with key internal stakeholders to support best practices in account management, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies that drive these strategically vital client relationships forward.
Key Accountabilities:
The ideal candidate for this Client Development Manager role will bring solid experience within the automotive industry. A results-oriented, proactive approach is essential, along with strong research and business writing skills:
- Build strong client relationships and bring innovative solutions to address client needs.
- Provide coaching and development training to boost performance within assigned dealerships or dealer groups.
- Work collaboratively with team members to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of each dealership.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to guide and support clients effectively.
- Identify key opportunities to expand our product range within your assigned territory.
Person Specification:
- Demonstrated success within the automotive sector.
- In-depth knowledge of car dealership operations, including key challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.
