Team & Role

At Landytech, we provide our clients with a holistic view of their investment portfolios across a wide and diverse set of asset classes and aggregated from multiple data sources. Our Implementation and Professional Services Teams are responsible for understanding our clients' portfolios, their data, and their analytical and reporting needs. Our goal is to take that understanding and leverage our technology to build a solution that adds value to our clients' investment management and client reporting workflows.

The Client Delivery Manager guides our clients from post-sales to success with an emphasis on delivering value to our clients from day one. This is a critical hands-on role mixing organisation, collaboration, relationship management, product and domain knowledge and problem-solving skills.

What We Are Looking For

  • You will have and want to develop a broad knowledge of our clients, how they invest and how they use Landytech products to aggregate data and analyse their portfolios
  • You will be working closely with our clients including asset managers, family offices, and fiduciaries and take responsibility for understanding their requirements and own delivering them a solution
  • You will be scoping and planning client solutions on our Sesame Enterprise and Sesame Data platforms
  • You will be collaborating and managing resources across the Implementation team and our other internal teams such as Customer Success Managers, Data, Engineering, and Sales
  • You will be guiding our clients towards their deliveries and keep them accountable for their responsibilities
  • You will be identifying potential delays and bottlenecks in implementations and take proactive measures to resolve them
  • You will have a keen interest in investment data and technology and be excited to work with our clients banks and third-party technology providers to solve problems around data content and connections e.g. API and SFTP
  • You will be looking to establish and improve best practices, processes, automation, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature the capabilities of the organisation
  • You will be making sure every customers' engagement is successful

Your Skills & Expertise

  • You have 3+ years of experience across client solutions/project management in Financial Services or fintech, B2B SaaS Enterprise solutions, SDLC, or software solutions
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or any business related field
  • You have a solid understanding of portfolio management and investment strategies, as well as understanding of the main types of financial instruments
  • You have a proven track record of managing multiple complex projects, setting priorities, meeting deadlines
  • You enjoy the challenges of working with clients to help them achieve success while balancing the needs and interests of your own company
  • You are a great listener and you anticipate clients' needs
  • You are analytical and you have a strong ability to summarize and synthesize detailed information
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as outstanding organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • You are fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
