We are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to spearhead our Client Solutions team, focusing on delivering cutting-edge, accessible digital platforms and services using low code technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients and our legal teams to deeply understand their needs and business objectives.
• Act as the Scrum Master for the Client Solutions delivery pipeline, ensuring efficient and effective project management.
• Manage stakeholder expectations diligently and keep all parties informed of progress.
• Prioritise and manage the workflow in the Client Solutions backlog to adapt to changing client needs.
• Lead and develop our Legal Engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the management of Client Solutions low code platforms, including Thomson Reuters HighQ, Microsoft Power Platform, and Smartsheets.
• Engage in matrixed management of cross-functional teams from IT for projects requiring specialized skills like data analytics and application development.
• Collaborate across IT and Knowledge Management to drive technology and innovation projects forward.
• Work in tandem with the Head of Client Solutions to deliver on the broader strategy, focusing on client success and product development.
