Client Account Manager

Your role
Are you a people person? Do you know how to stay calm under pressure? We are looking for someone who can:
* Support Client Advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
* be point of contact for clients with account queries, stock orders, payments, etc.
* assist due diligence and monitoring account activities
* make sure administrative arrangements and client-related processes are completed
* carry out daily transaction processing and complex trouble-shooting
* keep in contact with internal and external clients

Your team
You'll be working in the Private client's team in London, within the growth and efficiency segment. Our role is to manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our client.

Your expertise
* Financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team (1-2 years' experience)
* experience dealing with private clients and supporting client advisors
* high attention to detail, even when under pressure
* team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
* works with absolute discretion, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands
* strong computer skills and the willingness to learn new programs
* MiFId competent is preferred, but not essential
