Hours Monday to Friday Evening Shift with Flexibility

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection control? We are looking for a Cleaning Shift Manager to join our team at a large NHS hospital in London, playing a vital role in ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

What You'll Do:

• Lead & manage a team of cleaning staff across multiple departments, ensuring high standards are met at all times
• Coordinate shifts, allocate tasks, and provide on-the-job training and support
• Ensure compliance with infection control procedures and NHS cleaning guidelines
• Monitor and report on cleaning performance, addressing any issues promptly
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and patient safety

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory or management role, ideally within healthcare
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage a large team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of health and safety, infection control, and cleaning standards
• Flexible, with the ability to manage shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
