  • One Sixth Form, Ipswich
  • 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - Permanent
  • Salary: £30,295 per annum - £33,944 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

As the Cleaning Manager, you'll oversee the efficient operation of our cleaning services, ensuring our campuses remain spotless and welcoming for students, faculty, and visitors. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating our cleaning teams
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Managing inventory and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Building positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Handling recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
  • Developing and managing the cleaning department budget
