The Job Role

• Senior Sous Chef to assist in managing a busy AA Rosette awarded restaurant and large banqueting operation
• Preparing food to the highest standards within both the restaurant & banqueting operations
• A 100% fresh food operation with the freedom to introduce new ideas and offerings.
• A Senior Sous Chef to support an established Head Chef and lead a large brigade
• A Senior Sous Chef to mentor and develop a talented brigade

The Requirements

• The role would suit a strong Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef, looking for a new challenge
• The Senior Sous Chef must have quality fresh food background
• Experience within AA Rosette restaurants or equivalent is essential
• The Senior Sous Chef will have experience working in banqueting kitchens.
• A self-starter with a passion for great food.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to progress your career under a talented Executive head chef
