Full Time, Fixed Term until July 2025.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the City Leap Client Function to support the delivery of projects under City Leap. City Leap is a strategic partnership between the Council and its private sector partner aimed at delivering low carbon energy infrastructure which will help the council to achieve its ambitious goals for de-carbonisation.
The Client Function team acts as the single conduit between the council's joint venture company Bristol City Leap and council service areas and stakeholders. The team is also responsible for ensuring the council delivers on its obligations in the partnership and monitoring performance of the strategic partner on project delivery.
The role will involve supporting the City Leap Programme Assurance Manager and City Leap Client Function Service Manager in facilitating the development of new project proposals received from the City Leap strategic partner, identifying whether proposed projects meet the council's acceptance criteria to enable them to go ahead, monitoring the performance of City Leap projects and stakeholder engagement with service areas within the council.

For employees who are currently on a fixed term contract with Bristol City Council, the secondment must not extend beyond the end of the fixed term period to ensure there is a substantive post to return to.
If you are currently a casual worker or a member of an employment agency (currently working with Bristol City Council) this post will be a fixed term contract.
