ALS Laboratories are looking for a Chemical Investigation Programme Project Manager to support the ALS Coventry site.

The successful candidate will manage the day to day aspects of the CIP4 Project, submitting data to agreed time scale. They will be the main contact point for CIP customers, handing and queries or complaints, and work with the laboratory teams to insure issues are addressed quickly and communicated effectively.

Days Per Week: Monday to Friday
Contract: Full Time and Fixed Term until April 2027
Hours: 37
Closing Date: 27/09/2024

Key Responsibilities

• Support with the setup of CIP4
• Liaise and coordinate sampling providers.
• Liaise with working groups.
• Measure, monitor and report KPIs internally and externally.
• Support tender processes.

About You

• Experience in the environmental sector.
• Project management skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills both written & verbal.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload.
• Experience with working with various IT systems including MS Office
• Attention to detail and the ability to keep accurate records.
• Professional and flexible approach to work with a firm focus on the customer
