For Children and Young People - known as 4YP - is celebrating 25 years as the longest running independent young people's charity in Suffolk

4YP provides 7-25 year old children and young people (CYP) with somewhere safe, something positive and someone trusted, by providing more than 300 hours of direct support a week via counselling and wraparound youthwork support, from our Ipswich town-centre Hub and in Suffolk schools and community settings.

We are seeking a committed and strategic leader, who as our CEO can confidently build on the recent progress made and help us to do "more". To be more person-centred and CYP led; focused on providing earlier help, through age specific and transitions focused interventions; as a more joined up organisation (internally and externally); that generates a greater impact alongside increasing its reach and the numbers of CYP it supports.
