The Package

• £42,000 per annum basic salary
• Monday to Friday, daytime only
• 12 weeks holiday
• Pension scheme

The Job Role:

• Chef Manager to oversee catering for 1200+ students in a high-profile academy school
• The Chef Manager is to work with fresh food only.
• The successful Chef Manager is to lead a small team creating wonderful workplace dining. This role is 70% cooking, 30% management.
• The Chef Manager will report into an superb Operations Manager

The Requirements

• A Chef Manager with good experience in fresh food operations, ideally already within Education catering either secondary state or independent schools.
• A chef manager who has their finger on the pulse and is in touch with high street food trends
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage food costs and produce a healthy GP
• A Self-starter and forward-thinking chef manager who leads from the front
• Computer literate and can liaise with clients
