The Package

  • £40,000 per annum basic salary
  • Daytime, Monday to Friday only
  • 28 Days holiday
  • Pension scheme

The Job Role:

  • Chef Manager to oversee both staff dining and hospitality
  • The Chef Manager is to work with fresh food only.
  • The successful Chef Manager is to lead a small team creating wonderful workplace dining. This role is 70% cooking, 30% management.
  • The Chef Manager will report into the Group Culinary Director

The Requirements

  • A Chef Manager with good experience in fresh food operations, ideally already within B&I workplace dining.
  • A chef manager who has their finger on the pulse and is in touch with high street food trends
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage food costs and produce a healthy GP
  • A Self-starter and forward-thinking chef manager who leads from the front
  • Computer literate and can liaise with clients
