The Package

• Chef Manager
• £32,000 Per Annum
• Bonus
• Monday to Friday Hours (Daytime)
• 40 Hour contract
• 12 Weeks holiday per year
• Term Time Only (42 weeks)
• Career progression

The Role

• Chef Manager to prepare fresh food in a large secondary school
• Chef Manager to manage a team of 5 staff members
• Chef Manager to manage the day to day running of site and oversee the small hospitality offering
• A Monday to Friday Business, No weekends or evenings

The Requirements

• A strong Chef Manager or Head Chef with similar background within education or B&I
• A Chef Manager that has a genuine love for food
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
• Chef Manager that has experience within busy, pressurised cooking environments
• A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
