• Chef Manager
• £40,000 per annum
• Monday - Friday
• Day time hours
• Autonomy on menus
• Career progression within an established group

The Job Role:

• Chef Manager for a smart B&I contract
• Chef Manager for 200 persons per day on site
• Chef Manager leading a small team of 3
• Producing innovative menus using locally sourced, fresh produce
• Full autonomy on menus

The Requirements:

• Proven catering experience in B&I
• A passionate foodie with an eye for detail
• Someone in touch with current food trends
• A Chef Manager to manage a small team in a new contract B&I site.
• Strong commercial acumen and reporting skills.
