The Package

• £43,000 Salary
• Term time only (42 Weeks)
• Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm
• Bonus

The Role

• Chef Manager to prepare fresh food in a high-volume site, feeding around 1500 per day.
• Chef Manager to lead and develop an enthusiastic kitchen team of 15
• To oversee hospitality and design menus.
• Chef Manager to build client relationships

The Requirements

• A Chef Manager with a background in quality B&I or Education contract catering is essential.
• A Self-starter with a passion for people development.
• A genuine love for food.
