We are currently recruiting for a Chef Manager at Co-op DC Avonmouth.

Location: The Co-operative Group - DC

Rate of pay: £35,735 per Annum

Working pattern: 40 hours per week Contracted 5 over 7 to cover weekend when necessary

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for the provision of quality seasonal food ,whilst maintaining all standards of quality, food hygiene and health and safety.
• Responsible for the full management of the kitchen, the kitchen team and Staff Rotas
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
• Delivery of all budgetary Targets /Daily & weekly finance & Stocktakes
