Location: WL Gore, Dundee

Salary: £31,200

What you'll do:

Lead the catering team, managing food preparation, service, and presentation to the highest standards.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including allergen management (in line with Natasha's Law).

Plan and implement menus, utilising Sodexo's tools and ensuring cost-efficiency.

Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and training as needed.

Organise and oversee special functions, ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you bring:

Proven experience as a Chef Manager in a busy, client-facing environment.

Strong leadership skills with a focus on team engagement and motivation.

Expertise in menu planning, budgeting, and maintaining high standards of food hygiene.

Relevant chef qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/706-2) and willingness to obtain IOSH or RIPHH certifications.

Ability to adapt to changing demands with excellent time management and organizational skills.
