The Package
- Chef Manager
- £45,000 per annum.
- Sensible hours of work. (Day time Hours)
- Monday - Friday
- 52 week contract

The Job Role
- Chef Manager to work in a high-volume site with similar experience.
- Chef Manager to manage the Hospitality events on site.
- 100% Fresh Food Operations for 1000 covers a day.
- Be an advocate for development and create opportunities for advancement
- The Chef Manager will be required to inspire, lead and develop an enthusiastic team of 5 staff including the head chef.
- Monday to Friday (Some Saturday flexibility)
The Requirements
- A Chef Manager comfortable developing and implementing creative menus that showcase the very best of their skills.
- A Chef Manager to deliver the highest quality standards and presentation every day
- The successful applicant will already be a proven Chef Manager and/or Catering Manager head chef.
- A career history within contract catering is essential.
- A team player who leads from the front and is a hands on operator.
