The Package
- Chef Manager
- £36,000
- Regular pay reviews
- Monday to Friday Hours (Daytime)
- 10 Weeks holiday per year
- Term Time Only (42 weeks)

The Role
- Chef Manager to prepare fresh food in a high-volume site
- Investment to create a modern and stylish operation catering for approx 1000 students.
- 100% fresh food
- Chef Manager to manage and develop a dedicated kitchen team within the school operation
- A Monday - Friday business, daytime hours only
The Requirements
- A strong Chef Manager or Head Chef or Sous chef with similar background within schools or B&I.
- Knows how to do profit and loss
- A genuine love for food
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
- Chef Manager experience within busy, pressurised cooking environments
- A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
