The Package

  • Salary CIRCA £40,000 per annum
  • Regular pay reviews
  • Monday to Friday working week
  • Daytime hours

The Role

  • Chef Manager to prepare fresh food in a high-volume site
  • Investment to create a modern and stylish operation catering for approx 350
  • A strong chef manager to produce high quality, 100% fresh food
  • To lead and develop an enthusiastic kitchen team of 6
  • A Monday - Friday business, daytime hours only

The Requirements

  • A strong Chef Manager or Head Chef with a B&I or education background
  • A genuine love for food
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
  • Chef Manager experience within busy, pressurized cooking environments
  • A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
