The Package
- Salary CIRCA £40,000 per annum
- Regular pay reviews
- Monday to Friday working week
- Daytime hours

The Role
- Chef Manager to prepare fresh food in a high-volume site
- Investment to create a modern and stylish operation catering for approx 350
- A strong chef manager to produce high quality, 100% fresh food
- To lead and develop an enthusiastic kitchen team of 6
- A Monday - Friday business, daytime hours only
The Requirements
- A strong Chef Manager or Head Chef with a B&I or education background
- A genuine love for food
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
- Chef Manager experience within busy, pressurized cooking environments
- A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
