The Package

• Chef Manager
• £40,000 per annum
• Strictly Monday to Friday Hours (Daytime)
• 40 hours per week
• 7am-3pm
• Career Progression

The Job Role

• Chef Manager based at a independent education contract
• To core feed 110 Children and staff members
• Monday - Friday contract no evenings or weekends
• Small hospitality section
• Face of the business
• Managing a team of 3 staff members

The Requirements

• A strong Head Chef / Chef Manager with experience of working within independent schools or High End B&I
• A genuine love for Fresh Food and keeping up with latest trends
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
• A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
