GrosvenorLeo Casinoare looking forDynamic and passionate Chefs to join our team and develop our F&B offering.

Full time PermanentContract, £11.65 per hour

You will;

  • Live our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility and Solutions
  • Work along side the head chef to develop a fresh and seasonal menu
  • Share ideas on how the Leo casinoRestaurant can become the premier place to eat in Liverpool
  • Assist in training
  • Maintain a high level of service and standards
  • Maintain a high level of Due Diligence and Hygene Standards in line withthe companies policies.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a culinary or food preparation setting
  • Flexible in working shifts and as per business requirements
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety guidelines
  • Food safety basic level 2 certification, or currently working towards it

Additional Information

Free on site car park.

£11.65 per hour plus tips and night shift allowance.
