Channel Performance Senior Partner

As a Senior Planning Manager, you will lead a high-performing, multi-disciplined team to shape and deliver an impactful, multi-channel workforce strategy. You'll play a pivotal role in enabling critical decision-making through the strategic allocation of resources across retail channels, working closely with Directors and business leaders to drive efficiency and deliver against Nationwide's strategic plan.
This role sits within the Workforce Performance and Productivity team, responsible for driving retail performance through accurate planning and meaningful insight to achieve the best outcomes for both colleagues and customers. Working alongside peers in the Planning and Insights function, you'll collaborate to deliver performance improvements that create tangible, positive impact across the business.

This is a 12-month secondment opportunity.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Northampton, Swindon, London or Bournemouth offices. If you are aligned to our Glasgow hub (as this is your nearest location), there will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events.
