Your Role
Digital Realty is seeking a Channel Operations Manager to strengthen our reporting capabilities and support the Global Channel Sales team by ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable visibility into the business.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Business Intelligence, IT, and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and system alignment across Salesforce, Power BI, and other reporting platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring Channel Sales leaders have real-time, trusted access to their pipeline, performance, and partner activity to drive strategic decision-making.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical, detail-oriented operations professional who excels in Salesforce CRM, Power BI reporting, and building executive-level visuals. You will be responsible for owning reporting needs for the Channel team, fielding ad hoc requests, and continuously improving reporting capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage reporting for the Global Channel Sales organization, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
- Field and fulfill ad hoc reporting requests from Channel leaders and Executive Management, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely outputs.
- Create dashboards, visuals, and presentations in Power BI and Salesforce to support leadership visibility and partner strategy.
- Partner cross-functionally with Business Intelligence, Sales Ops, Finance, and IT to ensure all data and reporting systems (Salesforce, Power BI, Clari, etc.) are aligned, accurate, and optimized for Channel business needs.
- Analyze Channel sales trends, partner contributions, pipeline health, and revenue impact to provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
- Support and maintain Channel partner records and performance tracking in Salesforce, ensuring complete and accurate data capture across all relevant fields.
- Collaborate with Finance to support partner commission reporting, partner reporting needs, and audit data accuracy.
- Continuously improve reporting processes, recommend enhancements, and champion data integrity across the Channel organization.
What You'll Need
- 2+ years of experience in channel operations, sales operations, or business analytics roles.
- 4+ years of channel experience
- Expert-level Salesforce skills; must be able to navigate and build reports/dashboards independently.
- Proficiency with Power BI to create insightful, executive-level dashboards and visualizations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex data in a clear, concise manner for executive audiences.
- High degree of attention to detail, organizational skills, and ownership mentality.
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority in a global environment.
- Self-starter mindset with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Business-level fluency in English, both written and oral.

Our published pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and geographical location.
