Are you a strategic, relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for building and nurturing channel partnerships? We are seeking a high-calibre and strategic Channel Partner Manager to join our dynamic team and take ownership of key partner relationships to drive growth across the UK and Europe.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seller to have a high degree of autonomy and shape our channel strategy, working with a diverse portfolio of partners, including major multinational and pan-European accounts.

This is a dynamic, field-based role offering significant autonomy. Expect to spend approximately 60%/70% of your time visiting partners, with the remainder of your week split flexibly between collaborative sessions at our office (averaging one day per week) and work from your home office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with a diverse set of channel partners, including multi-vertical specialists serving industries like retail and logistics.
  • Develop and execute strategic partner plans that align with both partner capabilities and our core business objectives to drive mutual success.
  • Embrace your inner "hunter" to proactively prospect, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, expanding our market reach.
  • Take full ownership of key accounts and initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of partner programmes from start to finish.
  • Maintain regular, accurate sales forecasting and diligently manage your pipeline and activities within our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Act as a confident and adaptable presenter at industry events, partner meetings, and QBRs, representing our brand and vision.

Qualifications:

  • A strong background in B2B channel sales, with proven experience managing and developing successful, relationship-led partnerships.
  • A strategic thinker with a "hunter" mentality, capable of creating partner business plans and proactively developing new business.
  • A highly autonomous professional who is comfortable and effective in a field-based role requiring significant travel and flexible diary management.
  • A confident and adaptable presenter able to connect with diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), forecasting, and the administrative discipline required to stay organised and effective.
  • Experience working with complex, multi-country or pan-European partners is highly desirable.

Benefits:

  • 25 days of vacation
  • Up to 32 hours paid time off per year to volunteer with a charity of your choice
  • Reward & Recognition scheme - earn points to spend online
  • Training and personal development in soft skills and hard skills, access to our internal learning portal and internal career opportunities within Zebra departments
  • Annual bonuses based on financial results
  • Yearly salary increases according to individual performance
  • Employee referral bonus for bringing New Talent to Zebra
  • Pension Scheme with a matched contribution up to 7%
  • Private medical and dental cover
  • Access to an innovative online learning platform
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Employee Assistance Program
