WHAT TO EXPECT

In this role, you will contribute to and take responsibility for delivery of projects, proof of concept, pilots, launches and roll outs to support Customer Love, delivery of a Frictionless Retailer Experience, and our Modern Luxury elevation.

As a team we maintain a focus on the future, whilst also applying a consultative lens to Client Care operations to pinpoint areas of concern in need of optimising or evolving to underpin modern luxury elevation and the delivery of great client experiences.

Within UK Client Care we work on a strategic and aligned level alongside our operationally based teams, allowing them to optimise network performance today whilst we build what's needed to equip us for tomorrow.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• The role will require you to be Subject Matter Expert (SME) for your assigned projects, fully accountable, and working to agreed timelines and deliverables
• You will be working generally independently, with responsibility for taking a brief and defining the scope and deliverables to the required standard
• Defining the scope may include a period of discovery, during which you will be reaching out to experts across the JLR business and our Retailer network to build knowledge and alignment, which may include facilitating surveys to generate insight, analysing data and identifying trends, and providing viable solutions and recommendations
• You will be required to provide business updates supported by a range of formats to match the requirement - Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.
• Stakeholder management is crucial and you will be expected to fully inform and align with the wider business to support buy in and communicate project status

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Experience in Project management, research, planning and measurement, and in managing multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently
• Strategic thinker and problem solver
• Good understanding of Retailer networks, their drivers and pressures
• Experience in customer satisfaction drivers and metrics
• Strong communication and Powerpoint presentation skills (including Word and Excel), and a consultative approach
