Role Summary:

We are seeking a driven and creative individual to join KDN as a Change & Enablement Manger. In this role, you will support the development and execution of customer-centric marketing strategies and enablement initiatives that drive Member Firm adoption, engagement, and long-term growth across our three business functions (Audit, Tax & Legal, & Advisory). The Change & Enablement Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to align our marketing efforts and enablement activities with the evolving needs of our member firms.

As the Change & Enablement Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of our customer-centric approach, ensuring that our enablement and go-to-market materials effectively communicate the value of our programs, services, and capabilities to our member firms, and clients where necessary.

In addition to your go-to-market responsibilities, you will also be heavily involved in the execution and delivery of enablement activities across the organization. This includes working closely with the Change & Enablement Lead to identify enablement needs, develop required materials, and deliver effective enablement programs for our member firms. You will contribute to existing member firm related activities within KDN, helping to create and execute enablement strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and customer success. Tracking, monitoring and reporting of member firm goals and current usage to be able to share progress with KDN and Member Firm leadership will be a critical requirement of this role.

The role will also be responsible for supporting the Change & Enablement Lead by monitoring and tracking progress of the workstream and assisting with developing executive status reports.

Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to execute effectively will be key to driving the success of our marketing and enablement initiatives.

How you will make your mark:

  • Develop and execute customer-centric marketing strategies & material to drive Member Firm adoption, engagement, and growth
  • Coordinate and drive cross-functional enablement plans collaborating with functions to identify needs, develop adoption material & programs
  • Monitor and analyse performance of marketing and enablement initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for adjustments to achieve adoption targets
  • Engage and coordinate with key stakeholders across the organization to gather insights and align priorities for marketing and enablement initiatives

This is the job for you if you have:

  • Experience in marketing, enablement, or a similar role, preferably in B2B or professional services industries
  • Proven track record of creating and executing effective marketing & enablement programs
  • Experience in conducting customer needs assessments to inform marketing & enablement programs
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data insights to inform marketing and enablement strategies, optimize performance, & drive business impact
  • Proficiency in enablement technologies, such as CRM systems
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
