Description

As a Change and Asset Manager supporting The Restaurant Group, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, security, and efficiency of IT services and infrastructure. You will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of changes across various systems and environments, as well as the management of IT assets from acquisition to disposal. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions that meet business needs and comply with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Your mission!

  • Develop and maintain change and asset management policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with ITIL best practices and organisational requirements
  • Coordinate and facilitate change advisory board (CAB) meetings and ensure that all changes are assessed, approved, and communicated
  • Manage and monitor the change and asset management tools and systems, and ensure that they are updated and accurate
  • Analyse and report on change and asset management metrics, trends, and issues, and identify areas for improvement and optimisation
  • Conduct audits and reviews of changes and assets, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and standards
  • Provide training and guidance to IT staff and stakeholders on change and asset management processes and best practices
  • Manage and resolve change and asset management incidents and problems, and escalate issues as needed
