Salary: £29,500 (Depending on experience)

About the role:

We're on the hunt for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our team, stir up some excitement, and ensure every cup of chai is a memorable experience.

You will lead daily store operations efficiently and with charisma, ensuring smooth functioning. Inspire and engage the team to deliver exceptional service and create a positive, fun work environment. Develop strategies to boost sales and profitability, encouraging customer loyalty and maintain high standards of chai quality and adhere to health and safety protocol.

Known for our rich, authentic chai and delectable street food, we pride ourselves on delivering a unique and vibrant experience to every customer. As we continue to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team and help us spread the joy of chai!

Essential:

• Minimum 2-year leadership experience in a management role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
