What we are looking for:

We are seeing to recruit an enthusiastic Service Operations Manager to join our CCS team based at our Head Office in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate would be responsible for leading a service management function for a group of Private pay wheelchair service users and managing all operations aspects. The role is accountable for the operational profit and loss, with your key objectives surrounding the efficient and cohesive management of both the logistical and clinical services within the service provision. In addition, the Service Operations Manager will be responsible for helping to set the vision and roadmap for the function and also play a part in setting the strategy for ongoing development of the Clinical Commercial Services department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To utilise reports to ensure all service level agreements and internal KPI's are met.
  • To regularly review your departments KPI'S and act upon any areas of concern or slippage, ensuring effective management of the client journey
  • To build and manage strong relationships with the Wheelchair Service (WCS), service users, and suppliers.
  • To take ownership of customer and WCS complaints from point of contact to resolution and resolve them in a timely fashion.
  • To support the Commercial Director in the delivery of the strategic change management programmes as required.
  • To monitor team and individual performance against department and business objectives, taking appropriate action and consulting HR when necessary for the next course of action.
  • To manage employee relations at a local level where possible and seeking advice from HR when necessary.
