Education /Qualification

Essential criteria

• RGN 1st Level with current NMC Registration
• ENB 998 (or equivalent) Current Mentor

Desirable criteria

• Nursing related degree
• Management qualification

Knowledge, Training and Experience

Essential criteria

• Significant post-registration experience with a demonstrable period of working successfully as a leader
• Experience of professional development
• Current Cardiology Experience and Knowledge

Desirable criteria

• Previous management experience
• Previous experience within theatre /recovery setting
