Are you a team leader with a passion for food and operations? We're on the lookout for a hands-on, people-focused manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our busy production kitchen and warehouse hub. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a solid background in leading and training kitchen teams, who's just as happy rolling up their sleeves in production as they are coaching others. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving high standards, keeping our food safety compliance spot-on, and inspiring your team to deliver their best every day. You'll need to be organised, confident in your communication, and comfortable balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What we are looking for:
- Essential:
- IOSH managing safely certificate or equivalent
- NVQ level 2 food production, or equivalent
- Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a food production, hospitality, or logistics environment.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively and solve problems under pressure.
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.
- Competency in using digital systems for HR, stock, or workflow tracking (e.g. People XD).
- Desirable:
- Experience with stock control systems and production planning tools.
- Basic understanding of food costing and menu planning.
- Experience implementing or monitoring quality assurance or safety compliance procedures.
- Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced environments.
