Catering Manager

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Catering Manager to work at one of our recently awarded contracts in London, to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Restaurant Associates on full time basis.

Your key responsibilities will include but not limited:
- Provide hospitality and catering services on site
- Overseeing the soft FM service delivery
- Communicate regularly with client (as agreed)
- Complete action plans following client satisfaction surveys
- Promote the unit and act as a Compass Advocate at all time
- Ensure all client hospitality is delivered to the correct standard and look to up sell to increase revenue where possible
- Analyse, monitor, and manage GP whilst ensuring cost and sales records are accurately inputted and maintained
- Ensure all customer requirements are communicated to all departments in advance to ensure effective planning
- Analyse and effectively manage all in unit costs
