We're looking for a driven, talented, food loving, charismatic and awesome Catering Manager to join our team and run one of our most prestigious B&I client contracts.
-£36,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
• Monday to Friday daytimes
Based in West London on an award winning business park, our client is an international household name, with beautiful brand new offices. We're looking for a Catering Manager to oversee the staff café/coffee bar, hospitality and events service at this fantastic site.
You'll lead a team of 6 on-site, with the support of our central kitchen and HQ ensuring our food and service are the highlight of our customer's days. This is a sleeves rolled up, hands-on management position. You'll need to lead from the front, managing the team and managing your own time in order to delivery fantastic food to our customers and efficient contract management for our client.
You'll be responsible for implementing standards, driving innovation and leading the team. You'll be P&L accountable, responsible for creating and operating within budgets and preparing weekly and monthly management reports. You'll drive innovation, develop our product and smash our customers expectations by helping us be at the top of our game.
Suited to an agile operations expert with a background in B&I contract catering and a knowledge and love of the London food scene. This is a client facing role, so strong interpersonal and commercial skills are a must as you'll be visible to clients day-in-day-out and financially accountable for the contract.
You'll have a minimum of 2 years proven, successful experience as a GM or Deputy GM in the B&I contract catering sector with demonstrable experience of managing and motivating a high performing team.
