Location: WC2R 0EX

Rate of pay: £40,000 per annum

Working pattern: Mon-Fri

About the site: This is a lovely contract and small operation. We provide lunch for 120 people each day. Our client has a focus on food quality and exceptional service. We have 8 meeting rooms on site that accommodate up to 15 people each for sandwiches, lunches and buffets. There is occasional evening events. We are ideally looking for candidates who have previous contract catering experience.

You will be

• Managing the day to day running of cafe and restaurant services.
• Managing a team of up to 12 including BOH
• Responsible for all health and safety and food safety with the Head Chef
• Ensuring the food quality and service is up to Vacherin standard
• Responsible for all financial aspects of the department
