We are currently looking for a Full Time Catering & Hospitality Delivery Manager reporting to our Catering & Hospitality Manager.
The role is full time working 40 hours on a 5 out of 7 rota basis to suit our business needs. The role will require working evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a regular basis including New Year's Day and Museum event days.
You will be responsible for the hospitality services and events including the Sunbeam Café and the Brooklands Paddock Grill delivering one of the Museum's critical customer facing activities and income streams. You will oversee and ensure all catering and hospitality services are well organised, efficient and delivered according to the high standards set as part of the Museum's commitment to deliver "Brooklands at its best, every day".
The ideal candidate will have understanding and experience of the production and service of high-quality food and drink, made on site wherever possible, understanding and adherence to Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards along with good attention to detail and a flexible adaptable approach. You will have demonstrable experience of working in a high-volume, fast paced environment, and leading a catering and hospitality function for large events with multiple outlets.
Please be aware: This role will involve the necessity for reasonable lifting of furniture whilst setting up and re-organising rooms for booked events
