Yorkshire Wildlife Trust is one of the UK's fastest growing nature conservation organisations and seeks to appoint a Catering and Hospitality Manager at Spurn Nature Discovery Centre.

A unique opportunity to lead a customer focused and commercially astute team at one of Yorkshire's most iconic and wild places, Spurn National Nature Reserve.

In this varied and hands on role, you will further develop Spurn Nature Discovery Centre as an exemplar visitor destination by setting the standards for the hospitality experience and ensuring all catering provision operates in a cost effective and sustainable way. By demonstrating excellent standards of customer care, you will manage and motivate the staff team to continually exceed visitor expectations. This in turn will improve working efficiencies, increase sales and generate greater support for Yorkshire Wildlife Trust.

You will already have commercial and operational management experience working in a hospitality or catering environment. Motivated by delivering excellent customer service and creating robust policies and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day running, you will provide a clear direction to manage, develop and inspire your team.
