STADA UK Thornton & Ross - Category & Shopper Marketing Manager
Slaithwaite, Huddersfield | U.K. | Full-time | Permanent
We are currently in search of a dedicated Category & Shopper Marketing Manager who will develop category partnerships with our key customers, drive category growth, improve T+R brand visibility and grow share of distribution. Lead delivery of permanent and temporary point-of-sale to strengthen brand presence in-store.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Strengthen category relationships with key customers and maintain regular contact through objective market and competitor updates. Make clear recommendations based on robust insight for the customers to implement including at range reviews, for different store formats, online and trade plan.
- Measure and report key category metrics and objectives for all key customers and brands covering category & brand growth vs market, T+R share of distribution and T+R brand visibility in-store & online. Combine available EPOS or category data with robust analysis of ranges and planograms as seen in different store formats to build a comprehensive overview covering all key customers. Share results internally and engage key stakeholders to drive improvements.
- Sell our insight and category visions so key customers share our perspective on what consumers and shoppers want and need. Develop a coherent and consistent category narrative and demonstrate to customers how this translates into recommended changes in their stores. Build what good looks like visuals and recommended planograms to bring our ideas to life and engage customers to make changes.
- Lead and manage the process to ensure on-time and within budget delivery of permanent and temporary point-of-sale across all our customers and brands, aligned to T+R commercial objectives.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven buying experience in FMCG category management.
- Well-developed numeracy and data analytical skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders.
- Robust organisational and project management skills, adept at multitasking and prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
- A champion of ethics who promotes integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism consistently.
