Do you have experience in price and contract negotiation in a Procurement or Supply chain function? Join the procurement team as the Catalogue Manager at Elysium Healthcare. This is an exciting time to join and be part of a growing team that manages both direct and indirect spend and offers an opportunity to become involved in many areas within an exciting, fast paced and challenging environment.
You will be managing the product portfolio of a recently implemented new ERP system. You will be responsible for liaising with the supply base to collate the different product lists and ensure they are uploaded onto the system to form one central catalogue.
Working 37.5 hours a week, you will also be responsible for the ongoing management of the product lists to ensure information such as pricing is up to date, new products are added and redundant/obsolete products are removed.
As the Catalogue Manager, you will be:
- Working closely with the wider procurement team to liaise with suppliers, ensuring product information is current and updated on the ERP system
- Collating product lists to be uploaded into the new ERP system and maintaining these lists
- Working closely with the ERP working group to establish new processes and procedures for adding new products
- Working with the Category Managers to support in tendering/RFI activities.
- Supporting negotiation activities
- Analysing pricing and spend data
- Building and developing critical relationships at site level
- Resolve queries and/or discrepancies on supplier invoices
- Escalating and resolving supplier queries with Accounts Payable
- Communicating with internal customers regarding any changes to pricing
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in a Procurement or Supply Chain function
- Educated to degree level
- A high standard of IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and experience of working with ERP systems will be beneficial
- High standard of verbal, written and presentation communication skills
- Keen to develop within the role
- An understanding of tendering
- Commercial awareness
- Planning and organisation skills

This role is hybrid working with option to work part of the week remotely or all of your week in the head office, Borehamwood.
